Trail Sisters Run with Her Retreats presented by HOKA provides guided trail adventures (run & hike friendly), for all levels of ability and experience! We foster camaraderie and friendship, and provide educational workshops that add much more to the overall retreat experience!

Join us for a 4 day, 3 night retreat in June or August, located in Boulder, Colorado! Enjoy tasty catered meals, a night out on Pearl Street, the Boulder Farmer’s Market, and the following activities:

  • Strength & Injury Prevention: presented by Pro-Tec Athletics
  • Wilderness Awareness Workshop

Menopause wrapped me in a straight jacket of heat, fatigue, and joint pain that surpassed celiac. My attitude was off the charts. Running in the past carried me through so many hurdles but menopause won that race.
