I started running as an adult. Mostly for fun, then I got serious and actually trained for my races. I’ve had multiple injuries, babies, and life that hasn’t affected my relationship with running. Today, I run for fun. I run without pain. And I run as an example to my daughters, kids that I coach, my running group, and the community.
I’d like to think I have gained a lot of knowledge – both personally and professionally over the years and can now help those that need it.
Personalized services, details, goal-oriented, and real. I can relate to a lot of set backs and have confidence in helping those get out of rut, start fresh, or find a new found love for running.
