Our Mission is to increase women’s participation and opportunity in trail running and hiking through inspiration, education and empowerment.
Ultra-Trail Australia by UTMB is a trail-running event that takes place in the Blue Mountains, NSW, Australia.
Taking place on 16-19 May 2024 in the World Heritage Listed Blue Mountains, Ultra-Trail Australia by UTMB is one of Oceania’s premier ultra-trail experiences, combining amazing trails, a stunning destination and the warm, welcoming and inclusive trail running community. With distances including UTA11, UTA22, UTA50 and UTA100, there is something for everyone, from the trail running first-timer to the ultra expert.
Ultra-Trail Australia by UTMB is also part of the UTMB World Series, with all distances except the 11k carrying the opportunity to earn Running Stones, the pathway to qualification for UTMB Mont Blanc. The UTA100 race is also a qualification races for the Western States 100 Mile Endurance Run.
