Our Mission is to increase women’s participation and opportunity in trail running and hiking through inspiration, education and empowerment.
I am a certified Rolfer and Massage Therapist. I was a former professional dancer and educator. Although I am living in Chicago, I enjoy getting out on urban trails and traveling to the mountains. I help clients become more durable, adaptable and resilient.

I am a certified Rolfer having trained at the Ida Rolf Institute for Structural Integration in Boulder. Athletes can expect me to listen to their stories and their theories about what is happening in their bodies and address their individual needs through manual therapy and movement reeducation.
