Hello! I am a single Mom to 3 incredible kids, a Registered Dietitian and the founder of Grit Sports Nutrition. I work with endurance athletes (runners, ultra runners, cyclists, triathletes, etc.) to develop personalized fuel and hydration plans which translate to gains in general health, body composition, and performance. I am also a Precision Hydration Sweat Tester – the gold standard test for determining sweat sodium concentration (and how much sodium an athlete needs per hour of exercise). I have been an endurance athlete myself for 18 years and have checked off many race goals including the Boston Marathon, 4 full Ironmans and my first ultra last fall.

I have a bachelor’s and master’s degree in nutrition and have been nutrition coaching in the endurance sports realm since 2012. I believe in taking a comprehensive approach with my clients, which includes dialing in three main areas of nutrition – daily, training, and race day fuel. My nutrition coaching packages are centered around education and teaching concepts that the athlete is able to implement forever going forward, even when we are no longer working together. This strategy empowers them to take control of their fuel plan and rest assured that they are meeting their needs in a way that optimizes how they look, feel and perform.
