About Me

Hi! I’m Kristin, and my passion is connecting with motivated athletes to help them reach their potential. I’ve worked in the health and wellness sphere my entire adult life and currently find fulfillment as a massage therapist and endurance coach. I started running when I was 9 years old and it continues to be a huge part of my life. Moving to Colorado from Indiana nearly two decades ago expanded my interests to include hiking, triathlon, and eventually trail running.

Highlights of my personal athletic career include running a 2:48 PR at Grandma’s Marathon in 2015; qualifying for the Ironman World Championships in 2018; qualifying for my pro card in triathlon in 2019; finishing 2nd at the Grand Mesa Ultras 50 miler in 2021; and completing Rim-to-Rim-to-Rim in the Grand Canyon in 2024. Since giving birth to my daughter in April 2023 I have focused on a healthy return to running, both on roads and trails. I’m currently geeked about big trail adventures and an ideal day begins with hours spent on the dirt with a friend followed by an afternoon playing with my toddler.

What could we accomplish if we knew we could not fail?

About My Business

I have worked with Boulder area athletes as a massage therapist since 2016. I know that athletes expect results from a massage. I understand athletes’ bodies and support athletes through intentional and therapeutic body work. I listen to each client and tailor the session to meet each individual’s needs.

As a coach I write dynamic, personalized plans that set each athlete up to achieve their goals. I work with both local and remote endurance athletes. I start with an initial phone consultation (or in-person meeting for locals) to make sure I’m a good fit for the athlete, then we establish realistic goals and expectations. I believe one of my most important jobs as a coach is to build a sustainable training plan that works with each athlete’s unique life challenges. I also take great care to create thoughtful plans that progress each athlete appropriately to help avoid injury and burn out. A sustainable plan that fits real life paired with intentional progression sets the foundation for great results!
