I’m Megan, a trail runner, coach, and all-around curious human committed to helping others step into their full potential. My journey started as a collegiate athlete and has evolved into finishing multiple 100-mile races, podiuming in Spartan and ultra marathon events, and qualifying for the Boston Marathon. But more than the podiums and finish lines, I’m here for the process — the daily commitment, the small wins, the powerful mindset shifts.
I believe there’s an athlete in every one of us. My job is to help you discover that part of yourself and cultivate it — not through perfection, but through consistent, intentional effort. I also know that the trail isn’t just a place to train; it’s where we find ourselves, unravel what’s holding us back, and create forward momentum in all areas of life.
"Great things are done by a series of small things brought together."
~ Vincent Van Gogh
As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer (2015–present), NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, UESCA Ultrarunning Coach, Lydiard Level I Running Coach, and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach with a B.S. in Psychology & Nutrition and a 200-hour yoga teacher certification, I bring a whole-person approach to coaching.
Whether you’re training for your first trail race, your next ultramarathon, or simply seeking more alignment between your life and athletic goals, I focus on sustainable progress, mindset, and honoring the multifaceted human you are. My methodology emphasizes consistency over intensity, aerobic base building, and heart-rate or effort-based training with room to tune into how your body and life are feeling each day.
Working with me means open communication, individualized support, and a coach who sees you as more than a finish time or mileage goal. Athletes can expect structure, accountability, and heart — a space to chase big dreams, tackle fear, and build a life that lights you up.
