I’m a licensed clinical mental health counselor in the states of Iowa, Nebraska, and Idaho. I specialize in working with eating disorders, body image, depression and anxiety across populations, especially women. I’m a recreational athlete and a mom of competitive athletes as well as a wife of a competitive athlete.
You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough
I operate from a client centered counseling perspective and prioritize goals based on what the client wants to work on. I use many evidenced based therapeutic techniques but I also believe in practice-based evidence. It doesn’t matter what the research says, if a technique isn’t working for you, we can change course and use other modalities. I’m relaxed yet focused, warm, caring, and concerned with helping you achieve your goals.
