About Me

I am a certified strength and wellness coach with a love for community, nature, and hills! A fellow runner, my love for and experience with strength training has grown over the past 20 years of playing sports (basketball, track & field, long distance running/cycling.) Making time for strength and mobility has helped my mind stay calm, body injury-free, and spirit ready for whatever adventure awaits. My mission today is to help you make your health a non-negotiable through physical movement, healthy habit adoption, and mindfulness practices so you can tackle your life with ease and confidence.

About My Business

I offer an integrative approach to my strength training, including “work outs” and “work ins.” When it comes to working out, I focus on teaching the foundations of strength training and promoting flexible routines that help you maintain autonomy and sustainability in your physical health routine. I also help you build consistency and troubleshoot injuries when they pop up, so you remain safe and pain-free. I also offer “work in” sessions to help address energy management, nutrition, sleep + recovery routines, and holistic support as you’re learning to find a pace in life (not just your runs!) that works best for you as you’re tackling LIFE in between your running goals.

I offer strength programs, race plans up to the marathon distance, mobility routines, energy management tools, and coaching to help you build recovery and nutrition routines that suit you best. Services are available both in-person and virtually.
