Join us in Columbia Missouri on Saturday, October 17th, 2026, for the 3rd annual Christina Bohn Memorial 5K for PMDD Awareness!
We have in-person and virtual options for registration.
The 5K is timed and is on a trail that includes the MKT and conservation land. Medals will be given to the top three finishers in each age group for women and men.
In the evening, we will have a dinner and fireside chat at our home for women who have PMDD, and each may bring one guest. Please contact us if you would like to join us that evening by emailing us at [email protected].
