About Me

I didn’t start as a runner. I found running in my early 20s after facing some health concerns and realizing I wasn’t living the kind of life I wanted. After struggling with consistency in group fitness and trying to fit into someone else’s schedule, I chose a different path: something simple, flexible, and fully my own.
I laced up a pair of running shoes and never looked back.

For over 20 years, running has been a constant in my life. From college to motherhood to midlife, it’s been my anchor. Along the way, I’ve raced both road and trail, building experience across distances and learning how to adapt training to real life, not the other way around.

From Boston Qualifier to podium 100-mile finisher I enjoy all distances. There is beauty behind the challenge of training, life, and season you’re in no matter what distance it is.
Now, as a coach, I bring that lived experience to the athletes I work with. I understand the challenges of busy schedules, shifting priorities, and navigating different life stages. I especially enjoy helping others that are going through midlife, those that feel like they’ve hit a plateau, are seeking lifelong running, and wanting to train smarter not necessarily harder.

Focus on the journey, not the destination.

About My Business

I am a certified distance and endurance running coach. My goal is to take the guesswork out of training, provide structure and support, and help you show up with confidence. I focus on a holistic approach to training, where performance, recovery, nutrition, and mindset all work together. The details matter, everything from pacing and fueling to how your training adapts around stress, work, and life transitions. There’s no copy-and-paste training here.

Athletes who work with me can expect a high-touch, supportive experience. I provide consistent communication through a coaching app, regular feedback on your training, and intentional check-ins to keep you progressing with purpose. Around race day, I offer pre-race strategy calls, crew & pacer team sessions, & post-race debriefs so you feel prepared going in and supported coming out of a race. Coaching, to me, is a partnership. I’m in your corner as a guide, a sounding board, and yes, your biggest cheerleader. Over time, it often feels a lot less like “coach and athlete” and more like having a trusted friend alongside you in the process.

My goal is simple: remove the guesswork, meet you where you are, and help you build strength, confidence, and consistency over time.
