Hi I’m Carrie! I’ve been a coach for about 20 years and an endurance athlete for longer than that.
I have a M.S. in Exercise Physiology and a B.S. Health & Exercise Science. I’m a lifelong runner, swimmer, and reader.
I encourage endurance athletes to experience training as more than checking off a box on a spreadsheet. I get it; sometimes those checkmarks are important. But so is enjoying yourself, seeing progress, and feeling like what you’re doing has purpose.
Blending endurance sports with what you learn through training, reading, and personal growth connects the body with the mind and helps you figure out who you are and what you’re capable of.
