I have been a personal trainer and coach for almost 26 years. I have been running for 25 years and started running ultras when we moved to north Alabama in 2007. Although I have finished many 100 mile races, the 50k is my favorite distance to tackle. I love this community and I love helping others reach their goals. People are capable of so much more than they realize and I get the privilege of helping them see what they can accomplish with consistency and hard work. There is no other job I would rather have. I am truly fortunate.

I will be your biggest supporter, but also expect you to do the work. I value communication, so I love to hear from my athletes on a very regular basis. There are no cookie-cutter programs or once monthly check ins here. I want to hear from you as much as possible to make sure that you’re reaching your goals. With my career as a personal trainer and coach, I will not only help you with your running program, but also with your strength training. This is an integral part of staying strong and injury-free, so we will spend a lot of time on it. Need nutrition advice too? As a certified Nutrition Coach, I will help you determine the best way to fuel for your activity level.
