My Coaching Style / Methodology
In my coaching practice I value four things; connection, specificity, physiology, and empowerment.
Wherever you may be starting from, you can feel strong. Training should make you feel strong and allow you to perform your best. The coach athlete relationship can be a powerful component to helping you understand the “why” behind training and inform the direction of training. Specificity and physiology are at the crux of my training principles. I focus on the physiological adaptations necessary for your event and the specific training necessary to help you be prepared.
