Why I’m Your Coach:
I didn’t start as an elite athlete. In fact, I made a dramatic career shift at 33, leaving my corporate job to pursue my passion for endurance sports. I’ve been where you are—balancing life, work, and training, and feeling frustrated at times. But I also know what it takes to show up, put in the work, and make it happen. Whether it was battling through a debilitating injury or going from corporate employee to professional athlete and entrepreneur, I’ve learned how to overcome fear, build resilience, and achieve things others thought were impossible.
As a coach, I help you do the same.

I provide athletes with bi-weekly check in and mindset coaching calls, a tailored training plan delivered via training peaks, along with a strength plan, nutritional guidance, and goal setting journal.
