I have been a professional massage therapist and corrective exercise specialist for 20 years, and a runner for about 30 years. I am certified for massage through the state of California and a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

I like to do a thorough intake and an assessment of your posture and movement. I then craft a session or series of sessions to help you feel and move better. And there will be homework! To keep feeling and moving better it’s important to strengthen certain areas of the body so I usually prescribe exercises to do in between sessions. This in conjunction with regular bodywork will keep you moving and feeling good!
