Our Mission is to increase women’s participation and opportunity in trail running and hiking through inspiration, education and empowerment.
I earned my BA in Biological Sciences from University of Delaware and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Temple University, Philadelphia, PA in 2012. I have orthopedic and neurological clinical experience and have recently been focused on pelvic healthcare. I have extensive experience in manual therapy orthopedic techniques to assist in treatment of the whole body.
My personal experiences of childbirth and lifelong athletic activity has shaped my focus on empowering and educating patients to restore their ability to perform their life passions in addition to daily life activities. My enthusiastic passion for treating urology and pelvic health conditions with both internal and external techniques helps my patients at all stages of life.
Outside of the office, I enjoy long distance road and trail running, being outside with my husband and kids, reading, and cooking.

I most recently completed the Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Certification as well as coursework through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Institute.
I am a lifelong learner and enjoy staying up to date on new research and techniques and actively applying them to my clients. I value educating my clients on anatomy, physiology, and the “why” of physical therapy to allow them to fully understand their rehab and recovery process.
