Hi! I’m a Registered Dietitian + Trail Race Director + Runner. My nutrition coaching business is all about helping runners fuel up for race day & everyday. Being a runner myself– I understand how hard it can be to juggle all the things and still have time left to care about nutrition. I’ll meet you where you’re at and help you find ways to fuel up that work with your life. I offer services that will fit most budgets because it’s important to me that all runners have access to credible nutrition information. Running should be fun & feel good and knowing how to fuel your body can help you feel that way!
