I’ve always been passionate about health, fitness, and nutrition. After having a baby and leaving corporate America, I decided to follow my passion for fitness and nutrition and help others reach their health and fitness goals. I went back to school to become an Integrative Nutrition Coach, Master Sports Nutritionist, Certified Personal Trainer, and Mindset Coach. As I entered my 40s and noticed my body and performance begin to change due to fluctuating hormones, I continued research and education to become a Menopause Specialist.
I am the founder of Enduralife Fitness and Nutrition where I work with female athletes to create a completely personalized “roadmap to health and fitness” that suits their unique body, lifestyle, and goals.

My coaching method is based on whole, natural food nutrition and bio-individuality. I understand that each client is unique and has different health and performance goals they want to accomplish. What works for one individual, may not work for another. My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic and sports nutrition, health and mindset coaching, and hormonal health. This allows me to work with clients to help them make simple changes in diet, fueling, fitness and lifestyle that produce real and lasting results.
