I’m the founder and head coach of F2E Coaching, with over 22 years of experience coaching runners and endurance athletes. I have a background in kinesiology and hold multiple certifications across strength training, ultra running, triathlon, and running. I’ve coached athletes from first trail races to Ironman and ultra-distance events, and I’m also an endurance athlete myself.
I believe strong runners are durable runners. My work blends smart run training with strength training and education so athletes feel confident, capable, and prepared. My coaching is individualized, science-based, and focused on longevity. I take into account training history, current life demands, injury risk, and goals to build plans that actually fit the athlete. My athletes can expect thoughtful progression, clear communication, and support along the way.
Coaching includes run programming, integrated strength training, ongoing feedback, and education so athletes understand why they’re doing the work. I offer remote coaching and work with athletes of all levels.
