Hi! I’ve been a coach with Higher Running since 2016. I’m a coach because I truly enjoy helping people actualize their full potential while using running as a tool to access the greater depths of a person’s being.
Only when you allow your wild spirt to move and guide you will you be led to a life beyond your wildest dreams. And that is a possibility for all of us.
I am unique. Or, better said, very much myself, and that very much comes out in my coaching. Overall at Higher Running, we have a very holistic approach that is about both athlete and personal empowerment. In addition to bringing in knowledge and expertise in creating personalized training schedules, I also bring in my background of psycho-somatic counseling (I received my MA from Naropa University in Boulder) and spirituality. Contrary to the old ways of coaching, I don’t coach with fear, I coach with love and compassion to help people/runners evolve into the highest version of themselves.
