I’m a mom, runner, Nordic skier, and dog lover. No matter the season, you can always find me on the trails, usually with a furry companion. I have built my life around endurance sports, outdoor community, local food, and sustainability.
There is no such thing as bad weather, only unsuitable clothing.
~ Alfred Wainwright
Consistency is the secret to making training gains and reaching your goals. My job as a coach is to make consistency a reality. This means crafting a training plan that starts where you are right now. It means designing a training plan that fits into your life and adapts to your schedule; that considers your injury history and your cross-training preferences; your strengths and your weaknesses. It looks different for everyone.
If you like regular communication, science-based coaching, and a coach who cares, I’d love to hear from you!
I am a UESCA certified Running Coach, Trail Running Coach, Endurance Sports Nutrition Coach, and Strength and Conditioning Coach. I have taken Dr. Stacy Sims’ Menopause 2.0 course and Next Gen course. I am also a L200 USSS Cross Country Ski Coach. I have a BA in Biology and an MS in Conservation Biology.
