Heyo Local Group Leaders!
I am excited to invite you to the Trail Sisters first-ever Local Group Leadership Summit! As we celebrate our 10-year anniversary, I wanted to create something truly special and specific just for you! This summit is all about getting together to focus on three big things:
Celebrating YOU: Your hard work is the heartbeat of this community, and we’re excited to toast to that!
Building Camaraderie: I want us to connect, share stories, and get to know how each of you are going about creating camaraderie and community in your Local Group!
Looking Forward: We’ll be sharing ideas on local group topics and dreaming up what’s next for the future of Trail Sisters Local Groups.
We have room for 100 participants and in partnership with our friends at HOKA, we have 50 FREE spots, one for each of our top 50 most active groups. Additional spots are only $200 per person.
What’s included?
I can’t wait to host you all and celebrate a decade of Trail Sisters together. Check your schedules and if you can please come join us in Buena Vista at Silver Cliff Ranch!

Adventure time!
Attendees are encouraged to use Friday evening and the weekend mornings for hike and run adventures! We will provide trail maps and great options in the area.
One free spot will be provided to each of the top 50 active local groups from 2025. It is up to the leaders of each local group to decide which leader receives their free spot. If a local group in the top 50 cannot use their spot, it will roll down to the local groups not in the top 50 (I’ll send out a notification if/when this would happen).
And for clarity, ALL local groups are invited and welcome to the summit! Your group does not have to be within the top 50 active groups to attend!
This summit is for leaders only – no members. Attendees should have been a leader with their local group for ideally at least 1 year.
Free code will be provided by email to each qualifying group’s leaders. Click below to show groups that qualify for 1 free spot.

Firstly, the more the merrier! We have capacity for 100 spots at Silver Cliff Ranch. I was able to secure a cost of $200 per person, which covers the cost of 2 nights lodging and all 6 meals (same as what the 50 free spots receive). All attendees (free and paid) will receive HOKA swag, etc. *The $200 covers lodging, meals, tax, transaction fee. Trail Sisters does not make any profit from this event.
Silver Cliff Ranch has been described as serene and awe-inspiring. The ranch has a summer camp look and feel, and is nestled along the beautiful Chalk Cliffs, and right below one Mt. Princeton, a 14,196ft peak. Guests stay in rustic cabins across the 123 acre property. Each cabin contains 6 bunk-beds and a queen bed, two sinks, a toilet, and a shower. *For the summit, we will have 4 people to a cabin. All meals are cooked on-sight at the dining hall, and the chef is able to accommodate dietary needs. Silver Cliff Ranch also includes a historic Opera House – for presentations, gym with full size basketball court, and a 1,400 ft hot springs-fed pool, open year round.
The sooner the better, but by Friday, May 27th would be best. Especially, if no leader from your group can attend, as we’d want to pass the opportunity to another group. We can still accept commitments after that, but it may be harder to get a refund if you’ve paid $200.
For folks flying to Colorado, Denver International Airport is the closest major airport. Colorado Springs has a regional airport that is a bit closer to Buena Vista. For those looking to ride share from the airports, we will create an email thread so attendees can connect and coordinate rides to BV together!
This summit is structured for you to enjoy the trails, the town, or simply some rest and relaxation; while engaging in meaningful discussion and building new relationships.
These are just a few of the endless adventure opportunities you'll have!
We'll have a full list with directions and trail maps prepared for the summit!
