General information on the order group window.
Each year we offer 1 Local Group Order window. The day following the order deadline we will order all blanks necessary to fulfill the orders and then start production (screen printing) of the group orders ASAP once all the garments are received. Performance Apparel inventory is pre-purchased and limited. (see next question)
Why are quantities limited on the performance apparel?
These items must be pre-purchased, before we open the order window due to the 4-8 week lead time required from the supplier. If we were to take orders and then place the order there would be an additional 4-8 weeks delay.
Why is the print color offered in white only?
As mentioned above, changing colors requires cleaning screens and with over 100+ local groups this would exponentially add to the time and resources this project requires. It’s just not possible.
Why are there not more plus sizes available?
We offer the most size inclusive options that are available to us. The fact is, it remains hard to find apparel manufacturers who stock enough plus sizes for purchase programs we are able to participate in. While we are partnering with a white-label apparel company for our performance gear, we are not large enough to dictate additional sizes or custom fit programs that would require a much much larger commitment than we can make (at least at this time).
What does minimum 4 units per group mean?
Due to the set up costs and labor involved with screen printing we reserve the right to cancel orders for groups that purchase less than 4 units total across all the individual orders for that group.
When will my order ship?
Orders will begin shipping on or around June 16th. We generally produce group orders from largest orders to smallest so if your group ordered a lot of merchandise it will likely ship near June 16th. If not many people ordered apparel in your group it might not ship until later in June. Generally it takes around a week to produce everything.
