Our Mission is to increase women’s participation and opportunity in trail running and hiking through inspiration, education and empowerment.
Whether you’re aiming for your first 10 km, vertical challenge, half marathon or ultra-marathon, we’ve got all the options on beautiful trails right from the town of Golden nestled in the Canadian Rockies.
Hosted over 3 days, the Golden Ultra incorporates two stage races and one massive 120K ultra into one big mountain trail running festival. Runners can choose between either stage race OR any of the individual single-day distances. Our race is operated by a majority female crew, and for the last 4 years our race has had a majority of female participants at the start lines. Weooo!
