Our Mission is to increase women’s participation and opportunity in trail running and hiking through inspiration, education and empowerment.
Starting and finishing in historic Rockwood Hall, our annual Rockwood Ramble 10K is a tri-state favorite. Scenic Hudson River views greet runners before the course veers into the woods. The wide carriage roads provide the perfect setting for experienced trail runners and first timers. Say goodbye to traffic, pavement and noise and hello to the Preserve! Rolling hills and beautiful views make this race a must do. All proceeds benefit carriage trail maintenance.
