Our Mission is to increase women’s participation and opportunity in trail running and hiking through inspiration, education and empowerment.
The course is a great mix challenging climbs, some technical terrain, and some very runnable terrain. There are beautiful views throughout of the Sooke River, 3 lakes and 3 summits offering 360 degree views of the Sooke Hills.
