Goal setting and keeping a positive mindset aren’t as straightforward as we’d like to think. In fact, it may take more intentional practice and focus on the physical action of logging miles. Special guests Katie Asmuth, Kaytlyn Gerbin, and Robyn Lesh exude inspiration and a positive attitude, but are also honest with the ups and downs they’ve experienced within running and everyday life.

We will discuss the communication platform of social media and its potential triggers for various responses (both positive and negative), steps one can take when going through the goal setting process, identifying pitfalls and ways to mitigate them, and more!
