Our Mission is to increase women’s participation and opportunity in trail running and hiking through inspiration, education and empowerment.
A challenging, but FULLY SUPPORTED trail course (technical in parts) on the northern portion of the scenic Long Island Greenbelt Trail, starting and finishing at the GLIRC Clubhouse in Plainview. There are plentiful, well stocked aid stations along the entire route with hydration and nutrition options for everyone!
As always, there will be an after-party waiting for you at the finish with hot food and beverages – including beer – for your enjoyment!
