About Me

I’m a strength, endurance, and durability coach, author of The Durable Runner, and founder of Miles To Go Athletics—home of performance and durability training for midlife women who run and lift. I believe that with that with the right training and fueling strategies, women can Age Athletically™ and that’s what I help them do.

I’m a 20x marathoner and 9x ultramarathoner who is still very much in the game – lifting big and chasing big finish lines. I’ve spent more than a decade coaching women who have no intention of watering down their training or parking themselves on the sidelines just because they’re another year older.

About My Business

I created the Age Athletically™ Method on a simple premise: your strength and endurance don’t have to be retired in midlife. With the right training, fueling, and recovery skills, your performance and durability can compound over decades—instead of burning down chasing smaller. There are 9 Age Athletically™ Training Skills – evidence-based qualities linked to athleticism and functional performance across the entire lifespan – which I program for my clients to ensure that they don’t need to hang up their sneakers and their ambitions before they want to.

I am certified as a Level 2 Running Coach, Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Women’s Coaching Specialist, Menopause Coaching Specialist, and Yoga Medicine® Registered Therapeutic Specialist. My book, The Durable Runner, is available everywhere books are sold.

I’ve also been featured in Women’s Running, Outside, Experience Life by Life Time, Prevention, and POPSUGAR Fitness for my insights and expert guidance on running, strength training, and injury recovery.
