Hi! I’m a second generation chiropractor with an acupuncture license and a new love for running. I’m coming up on a year of running, just had a lot of fun with 5K’s, 10K’s, started running trails, training for a 10M and two 1/2 marathons by the end of the year. I love functional nutrition and have always had a love for sport.
Everything is a win if the goal is experience.
Graduated in 2010 as the Valedictorian. Acupuncture licensed in 2021, Dry Needling certified in 2023 and 2024. I am Webster certified for pregnancy. I practice NeuroCranial Restructuring (NCR), also called CranioFacial Release (CFR), which is a balloon assisted sinus adjustment that is AMAZING for runners.
