Deanice Shegog

Deanice Shegog – life long runner, teacher, and former United States Marine. She is an outdoor junky who loves to run, hike, kayak, and just get lost in the great outdoors. Currently, she teaches middle and high school social studies in my districts online program. She is the head coach for her district’s 5A boys/girls cross country teams. She lives her best life between Oklahoma and Utah.
