Meredith Kaufman

Meredith is a former lawyer who quit to attend culinary school in 2021. She is currently a pastry apprentice, a children’s cooking instructor and aspiring food writer. Meredith always looks forward to Thursdays, when her local Golden, Colorado Trail Sisters Local Group meets for its weekly run.
