Shannon Leach

Shannon Leach is an independent management and operations consultant (focusing on ice cream companies in particular) and has worked as the VP of Operations for several start-up food companies. She has a BFA in Acting from the Guthrie Theater Training Program and an MBA from the Carlson School of Management, both from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. She loves everything to do with food (gardening, cooking, eating). Her favorite distance to run (right now!) is 13km.
