About Me

I’m a Registered Dietitian with over 10 years of experience helping people build healthier relationships with food through practical, personalized nutrition. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition from Framingham State University in 2015 and my Master of Science in Nutrition and Health Sciences from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2020.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a variety of settings including long-term care, skilled nursing, outpatient nutrition, and community health. These experiences have reinforced that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition. As someone who is neurodivergent, I understand firsthand that every person processes information, builds habits, and experiences food differently. That perspective has shaped how I work with clients, creating realistic strategies that fit their lives rather than expecting them to fit a rigid plan.

Outside of nutrition, I’m an avid distance runner and have been marathon running since 2018. Endurance sports have given me a deep appreciation for the connection between nutrition, performance, recovery, and overall well-being. Whether someone is training for their first 5K, managing a chronic condition, or simply looking to feel better day to day, I enjoy helping people use nutrition as a tool to support their goals.

My philosophy is simple: meet people where they are and help them take one step in the right direction, no matter how small. I believe nutrition should feel supportive, not stressful; empowering, not overwhelming.

"You can only run the mile you are in."

About My Business

My methodology is something I call “Resetting Your Default Settings.”

Most people know what they should be doing. The challenge isn’t knowledge. It’s what happens when life gets busy, stress levels rise, or motivation disappears. In those moments, we don’t usually make conscious decisions. We fall back on our default habits.

My goal is to help athletes gradually replace nonproductive habits with productive ones, one small change at a time. Rather than expecting perfection overnight, we focus on building sustainable routines that eventually become automatic. Over time, those healthier choices become your new default.

Whether that’s fueling before a run, eating enough throughout the day, prioritizing recovery, staying hydrated, or improving meal planning, we work together to create habits that fit your lifestyle. When stress hits and you’re running on autopilot, I want your “default settings” to support your health and performance instead of working against them.

This philosophy is grounded in evidence-based nutrition and behavior change science. As a Registered Dietitian, I combine current research with individualized coaching to help athletes build lasting habits that improve performance, recovery, and overall well-being without relying on restrictive diets or unsustainable rules.
