The race format is a 2hr, 4hr, and 8hr timed event. Runners will attempt to run as many laps of a 4-mile loop as possible in their given time. All runners must be in the starting area by 8 a.m. There will be a full-service aid station at the start finish line! Runners will also be allowed to have a personal aid station at the start finish area. The trail is very well-groomed single-track loop at Lake Lurleen State Park in Tuscaloosa, AL. This is the perfect training run for long distance runners and beginners alike! Come test your mental and physical endurance with us!
