-Course fully marked with arrows and neon flagging tape! Plus volunteers stationed at crucial intersections!
-Register early to choose your tech tee-shirt size! Available as supplies last. Reusable, lightweight cups* given to all registrants, too.

-Ample on-site parking, portable restrooms, finish line snacks and drinks. Water and sports drink at 10k turnaround point, too!
-Prizes for fastest finishers overall and in age categories. (Example previous year prizes include: gift cards to Russell Orchards, Richardson’s Dairy, New England Running Company…)

Course description:
Located on the town line of Hamilton and Topsfield, MA, this 5k/10k trail course takes runners over Vineyard Hill, through sections of Bradley Palmer State Park, along the Bay Circuit Trail, and across Greenbelt’s scenic Shaw Field. The trails are generally wide and rolling, though Vineyard Hill itself adds a challenge to this course!

The course is fully marked with arrows and neon pink flagging tape. There is one aid station at the Start/Finish (10k runners will pass it as they go out for their second circuit) that will have snacks, water, and sports drink. Local gift card prizes for fastest runners in each category. Timing by Bay State Race Services.

*Cups: While this race is not yet cupless, we only offer (compostable) cups at the 10k turnaround point because we pre-fill them for quick access to runners going out on their second loop. However, at the finish line, we do not provide cups and instead encourage you to use your brand new reusable cup to reduce overall waste (or bring your own!).

As a bonus, though, you can keep that reusable cup for future use at the TARC Stone Cat Trail Festival which IS cupless and is also part of the North Shore Trail Series! Thank you for your participation in reducing waste and keeping our trails beautiful!
