I’m excited to announce and celebrate 18 extraordinary women who make up our Ask the Trail Sisters panel of experts. These kick-butt women will be answering inquires from community members, providing their best suggestions, tips, and advice.
As we know, education is one of the main keys to success. I’m personally so thankful that these 18 women came on board to share their knowledge in an effort to help educate and empower members of our community. The more we can do to support each other, the better, stronger, and further we all get. Success is inevitable for all parties involved.

Any amputees on here? I had a lower leg amputation almost 2 years ago. I am a long distance mountain runner and just relearned how to walk. (Doctors said I never would again but what do they know ????) Looking to see if I can find any other women struggling to get back to themselves again. Positivity has helped me greatly, I will run again! Love that I stumbled on this page ????
