I wasn’t always an athlete. My fitness journey started in college where I began as a “cardio bunny”, turned into a gym bro weightlifter, and eventually found my calling as hybrid athlete. After years of a disordered approach to eating and exercise, my interest in coaching sparked. I wanted to help people avoid or work through the all-or-nothing thinking and show them that living a long and healthy life incorporates both strength training, cardiovascular training, and fueling. Hybrid training encapsulates just that: increasing strength, improving endurance, and approaching it in a sustainable way.
I meet my clients where they are at in their fitness. You are not a robot. Life happens, sickness happens, and travel happens. My athletes can expect to have their fitness experience, abilities, lifestyle, and availability taken into consideration for their strength and/or running program.
