Sarah Humphrey is a writer, businesswoman, runner and yogini. She has recently taken up biking, lap swimming and tennis, and has discovered to her surprise that she has become an athlete. She has been divorced and widowed and is the proud mother of one son and two wonderful “bonus” children.
