About Me

Building on my experience as a collegiate track and field athlete, I am a seasoned ultrarunner and triathlete. However my story took a turn after sustaining a broken back and crushed pelvis from a motor vehicle accident. After establishing the best ‘care’ team to help me run healthy again (with over 4 dozen surgeries), I know what it takes to work through and recover from chronic injury and/or unplanned athletic setbacks.

Coupled with my previous professional work experience rehabilitating athletes as an occupational therapist, 15 years of full-time endurance coaching and a USECA Ultrarunning certification, I am well positioned to motivate and support other women to achieve their goals (even if all of the medical professionals do tell you that you will never run again). Dream big!

My Coaching Style / Methodology

Multisport in Motion was created to put your running goals in motion! Whether your dream is to race an ultra or your goal is to break the running injury cycle, my mission is to guide and support you through this rewarding, yet often complex and dynamic, process.

Whether you are a novice athlete or a seasoned pro, I will meet you where you are with vision and compassion. My holistic approach focuses on quality training for work-life-sport balance within your given parameters to strategically progress your goals. Personalized or one-to-one virtual coaching is the optimal way to accomplish the goals of the time-crunched endurance athlete. I also offer training plans, video analysis and consultations.

With clinical experience rehabilitating athletes, I also intimately understand how devastating injury can be to an athlete’s physical and mental health. This working knowledge allows me to coach the athlete to overcome dysfunction, refine biomechanics and break the chronic injury cycle. Together, we navigate the sustainable and successful return to sport, which ultimately fosters your optimal performance.

What is your big dream or goal?
