Originally a microbiologist, I started Pacific Pine Running Co. with Jenny Quilty as a way to help others navigate their race goals. I like to run races competitively and take a science-based approach to my training and coaching that I like to share with others. Coaching for me is the best way to connect with like-minded people but it’s also a way help athletes learn and grow in their sport so they can reach their potential! It’s my favorite thing in the world!

Training logs are built based on where the athlete is at NOW and together we work up to whatever their goal is. We talk about things like strength training, sleep, recovery, choosing races, nutrition/hydration, and mental training and have daily communication in the log. Email, phone call, and text communication is also available whenever the athlete wants to have a pep talk. I believe in a science based approach to training with a TON of encouragement!
