I am an endurance running and trail coach with a passion for helping women build strength, confidence, and resilience—on and off the trail. I’m the founder of Ridge Running Co., where I coach runners of all experience levels, from 5Ks to 250-mile ultras, with a practical, no-pressure approach that blends science-backed training with real-life flexibility.
A lifelong adventurer, I find joy in early morning miles, big climbs, and quiet hikes with fellow moms. When I’m not coaching or running, I’m probably camping under the stars, crafting with our daughter, or riding motorcycles through the mountains with my husband. I’m also a proud pet lover, sharing life with two sweet senior dogs and a lively crew of four guinea pigs.
From beginner hikers to seasoned trail runners, I believe in starting where you are—and celebrating every step forward.

Every plan is built using science-backed research, with a focus on sustainable progress and long-term success. Beyond the workouts, I incorporate sports psychology methods to help you stay mentally strong, motivated, and aligned with your goals. My approach is realistic, flexible, and encouraging—because you deserve a coach who meets you where you are and helps you grow from there.
