I am a Certified Ultra Coach through United Endurance Sports Coaching Academy, trail race director, and joyful runner!
I specialize in coaching distances from half marathon through 100 miles, and ladies training for the joy of running.
Training can be a big commitment, but it doesn’t need to be overwhelming. I’m here to take the guesswork out and make a plan that will prepare you both physically and mentally to take your goals to the next level.

I work to make the training plan fit you and your busy life. Key workouts that are specific to your race event are important. Long runs are important to any ultra, but also not overdoing the mileage.
