About Me

I’ve been a lifelong hiker. I got into running in 2007 while cross training for swimming. I used to be a speedster, until an injury in 2015. It caused me to have an ankle reconstruction and I had to learn to walk and run again. After that, I started mentoring for a local running group which made me want to become a coach. In November of 2021, I faced the biggest injury of my life right after running Boston in October 2021 (during Covid), a FULL knee reconstruction; I had to learn how to do everyday simple tasks, shower, walk around the house, stairs, you name it. The worst part is I’m still learning how to hike/trail run again. THIS is why I’m a coach, I coach because I want everyone to know they can do HARD things! No matter what you weigh, No matter what your abilities are. You are capable of doing so much more than you think you can! And I am proud of you no matter what you do — 5k or 240miles, you are a bad*ss to me!

It begins with a single step.

My Coaching Style / Methodology

I offer one on one coaching that involves weekly check-ins. Their customized plan will loaded onto final surge and we can change it at anytime. I offer a private facebook group that let’s runners talk to one another and form a friendship.
