Professional Runner for Hoka One One/rabbit.
“Anyone can give up, it’s the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that’s true strength.”
I am a big advocate of finding a balance between your running and work-life and believe that training plans should be flexible to match your busy schedule. My coaching motto is, “It’s okay to start over, but don’t make a habit out of it.” I believe it’s a coach’s job to give you workouts that will help you achieve your goal, that you wouldn’t give yourself. I am also a big advocate of an athlete knowing “why” they are doing something, and loves sharing knowledge and perspectives on how all the pieces fit together.
