I am the founder and head coach for No Limits Endurance Coaching. We work with endurance athletes of all types – runners, triathletes, cyclist, swimmers, adventure racers. I am a lifelong runner, and enthusiastic ambassador for endurance sport. Ultra-running has revolutionized my life, teaching me to fear less and live more. I love the competition and camaraderie that the endurance sport community provides. I coach all level of athletes, and I especially love athletes who set big dreams, and then work hard to make that dream a realize. As an athlete, I love to push outside of my comfort zone, finding that is the place I feel most alive. I push the limits of her body to learn about life. I take a holistic approach to training that considers not only physical athletic ability and history, but also mental training, nutritional habits, and life-work-training balance. I see my role as partner and teacher, and work with my athletes to believe so they can achieve. I help my athletes develop both short and long term goals, and then build a periodized plan that allows them to build fitness for performance at their key events. This plan moves dynamically with the athlete as they progress – so your training is built specifically for you. I provide feedback on individual workouts, as well as trends across the weeks of training. I help athletes understand what the data means, and how that can translate into their performance and achieving their goals. I offer unlimited communication, revisions to the training plan, and support. Coaching also include strength training and video analysis. I offer both in-person and remote/online coaching services.
