About Me

I’m a running-specific physical therapist, strength trainer, and coach. I coach to try and help my clients stay healthy, doing what they love, and learn how to improve.

My Coaching Style / Methodology

No two athletes are the same. Therefore, no two training plans should be exactly the same. Therefore, I generally have a long-range plan for my athletes, but only actually program their workouts one week at a time. I put a huge emphasis on sustainability to promote improvement over years without getting burned out. I’m also a huge advocate for incorporating legit strength training- both for performance and for injury prevention.
