My passion for helping people move and feel their best comes from both my professional training and my personal experiences. As a licensed massage therapist, I specialize in helping clients reduce pain, recover from injuries, and improve their overall well-being through personalized, therapeutic care.
Outside of the treatment room, I’m an avid runner who understands firsthand the physical demands that an active lifestyle places on the body. I’ve completed 20 marathons, including the prestigious Boston Marathon, as well as two ultramarathons, multiple mud runs, and Spartan races. Having pushed my own body through countless miles and challenging events, I know the importance of proper recovery, injury prevention, and maintaining healthy movement.
That passion is what led me to massage therapy. I wanted to help others feel better, whether they’re training for their next race, recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or simply looking to move through life with less discomfort. Every session is tailored to each client’s unique needs, combining therapeutic techniques with a genuine desire to help people feel stronger, healthier, and at their best.

~ Me
My approach to massage therapy is centered on providing personalized, results-driven care. Every client is different, so I tailor each session to address their specific goals, whether that’s relieving pain, improving mobility, reducing muscle tension, or supporting recovery.
As a licensed massage therapist, I incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques to achieve the best possible results. My sessions may include hot stones to promote relaxation and soften tight muscles, cupping therapy to improve circulation and release fascial restrictions, and a heated scraper to assist with soft tissue mobilization and reduce muscle tension. These tools, combined with skilled hands-on techniques, allow me to work more effectively while customizing each treatment to your body’s needs.
My goal is not only to help you feel better after your massage but to support your long-term health, movement, and overall well-being. Every treatment is designed to help you leave feeling less restricted, more balanced, and better equipped to do the things you love.
