Amy Waldron

Amy is one of the leaders of Trail Sisters Marin, and is a psychotherapist in private practice in San Francisco. She loves working with clients and athletes who are struggling with anxiety, patterns of overthinking, and imposter syndrome. Amy and her co-leaders of the Marin chapter have organized running, backpacking, camping, and fast-packing trips throughout California, Washington, Colorado, and Arizona. They are always working together to come up with new ideas to connect with like-minded souls who love trails and mountains.
